The above pricing is for a standard home inspection that includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems that are operational and accessible as well as grading and conditions outside and in the immediate vicinity of the building including the roof and crawl space when possible. A written report will be provided that adheres to the current TREC standard (REI 7-6).
